Tirzepatide

Dual-receptor GLP-1, and the stronger of the two.

$249per month, billed only after your physician prescribes. No insurance needed.
Prescription only. A US-licensed physician reviews your intake and decides whether Tirzepatide is appropriate for you. You are never charged for a medication that is not prescribed.
Compounded tirzepatide is not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy.
  • Dual GIP and GLP-1 action
  • Greater average weight loss
  • Improved insulin sensitivity
  • Once-weekly dosing

What it is

A dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Hitting both receptors tends to produce more weight loss than GLP-1 alone, and many people tolerate it better.

How it works

Agonises both the GIP and GLP-1 receptors. The GIP arm appears to improve how efficiently fat is handled and to soften some of the nausea that comes with GLP-1 monotherapy.

How it is taken

Weekly subcutaneous injection on a titration schedule. Dose escalation is deliberately slow; the goal is to find the lowest dose that works.

Safety

Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy. Your physician reviews your full history, current medications and goals before prescribing anything. Read our safety information before you begin.
