Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin
Two growth hormone pathways in one vial.
- Two complementary GH pathways
- Selective, low cortisol impact
- Body composition support
- Nightly dosing
What it is
A blend pairing a GHRH analog with a selective GH secretagogue. The two act on different receptors, so the combined release is larger than either alone.
How it works
Tesamorelin signals the pituitary through the GHRH receptor while ipamorelin acts on the ghrelin receptor. Ipamorelin is selective, so it lifts GH without meaningfully moving cortisol or prolactin.
How it is taken
Nightly subcutaneous injection, generally cycled.
